Moutere Hills Community Centre and Sports Complex

Upper Moutere Hall has been the venue for community gatherings for almost 125 years. The Hall was opened to the public 19 November 1880 on land leased from local timber mill owner James Drummond. A hall that catered for everyone in all weather was a big step forward for the local community.

The new Moutere Hills Community Centre and Sports Complex will meet the growing needs of the local community, sports clubs, schools and businesses and will be a great community asset that we can all be proud of
